Current Go To Makeup Look

Hi Beauties!

Lately I've been going out far more than I usually have been. And I've enjoyed putting on makeup, taking a bit of time, making myself look done-up. And I thought I would share with you what products I have been reaching for almost every time. Also, you'll have to excuse my wet hair on the pictures. I was in a bit of a hurry, on my way out the door to visit my good friend Simona.

I don't think I need to go in depth on what I did to my skin. It was simply a matter of putting on foundation, concealer where I needed it, and powder to finish it off.

On my eyes I started up priming the lids with the smashbox cream shadow. It's a beautiful rose gold colour, that I love using this summer. On the globe of the eyelid I put 'Soulmates' from The too faced collection. In the entire crease I put the colour 'I Do', and in the outer v I put the colour 'Unveil'. on the lower lash line I once again used 'Unveil. To highlight my brows I used the matte colour 'Bouquet Toss', since the colour on most of my eye is shimmery. As a liner I am currently trying out the maybelline gel liner in a pen form. Aparantly the new craze in the makeup world. Benefit have just launched a liner who does the same thing as this, too. It's easy enough, when you've gotten the hang of it. To end the look I put on some mascara.

On my cheeks I used the Benefit Coralista blush. I like putting it on first, where you'd usually put your contour. Because I am as pale as I am, I rarely use contour. It simply tends to look like I've smeared dirt all over my face. Not cute! So instead I use a bit of this, and that works just fine in my opinion. The colour is then pulled up onto my cheeks, and that's it! To highlight in the "Hollywood V" under my eye, I used the hyped product, loved by many: Loréal Lumi Magique. It's an easy highlighter to use, if you want something subtle.

Lips, lips, lips! I can not get enough of the Mac lipstick in the shade Syrup. I have raved about it in a blogpost earlier last week, and I gotta say. having used it many times now, I stand by what I wrote. It is simply gorgeous! And in my opinion, it finishes off an everyday makeup look really well.

Also. I dyed my hair, and this is the colour that came out of it. I'm slowly getting that bright red haircolour I'm dreaming about <3
